Covid-19 update

As confirmed on the government website, we are considered an essential business, our store will continue to be open to the public during the period from December 25, 2020 to January 11, 2021.

We would like to advise all our customers that a maximum limit of 2 people at a time are allowed in our store to comply with COVID-19 guidelines.

Our delivery service will always be available for all orders placed on our website or by phone, car pick-up will also be available.


Important deadlines: flower supply

Due to the situation related to Covid-19, our supply chain is unfortunately affected. Some varieties of flowers and plants are currently unavailable.

In the event that a product is unavailable during the preparation of your order, alternative varieties of similar products will be used to make the necessary substitution.

Delivery and pick-up

We continue to deliver orders on Monday through Sunday for all orders placed online or by phone at 1-855-535-3877.

Please note that our store is now open 7 days a week, but with reduced staff.

We therefore encourage you to place your orders through our website in order to speed up the ordering process.

Possible delivery to hospitals

Some hospitals allow flower delivery, but verification will need to be done on your behalf before placing your order.

No delivery to CHSLDs is permitted at this time.

Contactless delivery

For regular deliveries to private residences and workplaces, our delivery drivers will maintain a social distance with the recipient. They will ring the doorbell, and drop the package near the entrance after the recipient opens the door.
